📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, performance evaluations, and training records.,Administer payroll and benefits, ensuring accurate and timely processing.,Facilitate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.,Handle employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.,Coordinate with management to ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Organize and facilitate team-building activities and training sessions.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with English is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
