As an IT Technician - Infrastructure & Support Specialist, you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring seamless IT infrastructure and providing top-notch technical support. You'll work on a variety of projects, from network setup to system maintenance, using industry-standard tools like Cisco, VMware, and Microsoft Azure. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Install, configure, and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Provide technical support to end-users, resolving hardware and software issues.
• Monitor and maintain server and network performance, ensuring uptime and security.
• Manage and update IT documentation, including network diagrams and user manuals.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure IT systems support project requirements.
• Participate in system upgrades and migrations, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments of IT infrastructure to identify areas for improvement.
• Provide training and support to new team members on IT systems and tools.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure and technical support.
• Certifications in networking (e.g., CCNA, CCNP) and system administration (e.g., MCSA, MCSE) are a plus.
• Proficient in using industry-standard tools and software, including Cisco, VMware, and Microsoft Azure.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with infrastructure development projects is a significant advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a global team.
