📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and supervise a team of mold maintenance technicians, ensuring they are trained and equipped to perform their tasks efficiently.
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of injection molds and related equipment, using tools such as coordinate measuring machines (CMMs) and ultrasonic testing equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules and programs to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of molds and machinery.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of maintenance activities with production schedules.
• Monitor and analyze maintenance performance metrics, providing regular reports to management.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards, conducting regular safety audits and training sessions.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, incorporating new knowledge into maintenance practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mold maintenance and repair, preferably in the plastic injection industry.
• Certification in mold maintenance and repair, such as Certified Mold Technician (CMT) or Certified Mold & Die Maker (CM&D).
• Strong knowledge of injection molding processes and machinery.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with maintenance management software, such as SAP PM or IBM Maximo.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
