📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Providing direct patient care and assistance with medical procedures
  • Collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients
  • Assisting with patient admissions, discharges, and transfers
  • Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation
  • Monitoring patient vital signs and administering medications as prescribed
  • Promoting a safe and welcoming environment for patients and staff
  • Participating in staff meetings and continuous education to stay up-to-date on best practices
  • Assisting with the preparation and serving of meals for patients

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Registered Nurse (S1/S2) with a valid license
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to patient-centered care and a passion for providing quality healthcare
  • Fluency in Indonesian is a plus
  • Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed
  • Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus
