📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and optimize packaging designs for pharmaceutical products, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, and regulatory affairs, to ensure packaging solutions meet product and market requirements.,Conduct feasibility studies and prototype development to evaluate packaging designs and materials.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in pharmaceutical packaging, and implement innovative solutions as needed.,Ensure packaging designs are cost-effective, scalable, and environmentally friendly.,Lead and mentor junior packaging design engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Packaging Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical packaging design, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.,Proficiency in packaging design software, such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar tools.,Strong understanding of pharmaceutical regulations and standards, including Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and International Council for Harmonisation of Technical Requirements for Pharmaceuticals for Human Use (ICH).,Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.,Proven track record of delivering high-quality packaging solutions on time and within budget.
