Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field,5+ years of experience in Trust and Safety, Content Moderation, or a related field,Experience leading and mentoring other team members,Strong understanding of data analysis and risk assessment,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations
