Oversee the construction and maintenance of infrastructure projects,Work closely with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders,Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards,Inspect and maintain existing infrastructure to ensure it meets safety and performance standards,Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures,Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress,Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment,Prepare and submit reports on project status, issues, and recommendations🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Site Engineer or in a similar role,Proven track record of successful project execution,Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with safety regulations and standards,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for site visits and inspections🛠️ Keahlian
