📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise the daily operations of the bakery, including staff scheduling and performance.,Ensure the quality and freshness of baked goods by adhering to company standards and regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the bakery.,Prepare and present financial reports to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the food and beverage industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing a team and driving sales growth.,Strong knowledge of inventory management and financial reporting.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and other relevant software.,Experience in the bakery industry is a plus.
