Glow Bay Nusantara is seeking a dynamic and experienced Area Manager to join our team in Gowa, Sulawesi Selatan. This is an immediate opening, and the right candidate will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our business. As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our stores in the assigned area, ensuring that they meet our high standards of customer service and sales performance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of assigned stores, ensuring they meet company standards and goals.,Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.,Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing training and support to help them succeed.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.,Conduct regular store audits to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.,Build strong relationships with customers and key accounts to drive repeat business and referrals.,Collaborate with the regional manager and corporate team to align store operations with company objectives.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the retail or FMCG industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving store performance.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Familiarity with the local market and consumer behavior in Sulawesi Selatan is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
