In this role, you will play a crucial part in our recruitment process, assisting in sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates and hiring managers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various job openings.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Conduct initial interviews and evaluations to assess candidate fit.,Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information.,Assist in organizing and conducting recruitment events and job fairs.,Provide administrative support to the recruitment team.,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and initiatives.,Provide feedback and support to hiring managers on candidate performance and fit.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,1-3 years of experience in recruitment or related roles.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using ATS and other recruitment tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
