📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening potential candidates.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Conduct initial interviews and provide feedback to the recruitment team.,Maintain a database of potential candidates and update it regularly.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Support the recruitment team in any other tasks as required.,Ensure compliance with all local employment laws and regulations.,Provide administrative support to the recruitment team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian employment laws and regulations.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
