Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently,Maintain a clean and organized cash register area,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Assist in inventory management and restocking,Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships,Handle cash and credit card transactions securely,Prepare and handle end-of-day reports

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma,At least 1 year of experience in a cashier or retail environment,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Strong attention to detail and accuracy,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,Basic knowledge of cash handling and POS systems,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture,Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes
