In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing warehouse operations and ensuring the smooth flow of goods. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse management and a passion for efficiency and organization.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Manage and supervise warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.,Implement and maintain inventory control systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.,Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and other departments to facilitate smooth logistics operations.,Monitor warehouse space utilization and recommend improvements for better efficiency.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the warehouse environment.,Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and standards in the logistics industry.,Proven track record of improving warehouse operations and efficiency.
