📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and coordinate construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Oversee quality control processes, ensuring that all construction work meets industry standards and specifications.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify and address any quality issues.
• Develop and implement project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices.
• Lead and mentor junior engineers and site personnel.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management and quality control.
• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
• Familiarity with construction software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Primavera.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
