Manage the financial operations of the restaurant, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards.,Oversee the preparation of financial statements and provide financial analysis to support business decisions.,Implement cost-saving measures and identify opportunities for revenue growth.,Manage the payroll process and ensure timely and accurate payment of employees.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and provide support to the accounting team.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial goals are met and to identify areas for improvement.,Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, including investors and board members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.,Strong understanding of financial management principles, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.,Proven track record of managing budgets, implementing cost-saving measures, and identifying opportunities for revenue growth.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Proficiency in financial software and accounting systems.,Knowledge of financial regulations and accounting standards is a plus.
