PT Pancaran Raya is looking for a Fleet Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Medan. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles, ensuring efficient and safe operations. This is a hybrid position, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling, maintenance, and repairs.,Ensure all vehicles are in safe and operational condition before and during use.,Monitor fuel consumption and implement cost-saving measures.,Oversee driver training and certification programs.,Coordinate with drivers, mechanics, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth fleet operations.,Maintain accurate records of fleet activities and generate reports as required.,Handle fleet-related complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in fleet management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Proficient in English and Indonesian languages.
