Fresh Plus Ekspansindo is looking for a passionate Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse and ensuring that all processes run smoothly. You will work closely with the team to improve efficiency and productivity. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work from our office in Samarinda and from home. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.,Manage and supervise the warehouse staff, providing guidance and support.,Implement and monitor inventory control systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods.,Develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse efficiency and productivity.,Monitor and analyze warehouse performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the warehouse.,Work closely with the team to develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management systems.,Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and productivity.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP systems and warehouse management software is a plus.,Ability to travel to different locations within the region as needed.
