📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies and plans.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure efficient and effective operations.,Monitor and analyze operational performance to identify areas for improvement.,Manage and supervise operational staff to ensure high levels of productivity and efficiency.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for operational staff.,Assist in the development and implementation of quality control measures.,Assist in the development and implementation of safety and security measures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational management principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
