📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update all financial records and ledgers accurately and efficiently.,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Process payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.,Monitor bank accounts and ensure all transactions are recorded and reconciled.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax laws.,Provide financial reports and analysis to support decision-making processes.,Oversee the work of junior bookkeepers and provide guidance and training.,Ensure all financial data is secure and protected in accordance with company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a bookkeeping or accounting role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and local regulations.,Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
