📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling regular maintenance and repairs.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure vehicles are utilized efficiently and safely.,Monitor fuel consumption and costs, implementing strategies to reduce expenses.,Oversee the procurement and inventory management of fleet-related supplies and equipment.,Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and company policies.,Conduct regular inspections and audits of the fleet to identify areas for improvement.,Provide training and support to drivers and other relevant staff members.,Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement fleet management strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Proven track record of cost-effective fleet management.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
