📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion.,Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.,Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.,Prepare and submit project reports, including progress reports, cost estimates, and final project documentation.,Troubleshoot and resolve construction issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.,Ensure that all construction activities are carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures.,Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and site personnel.,Maintain accurate records of project activities, including time, materials, and expenses.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in site/project engineering in the construction industry.,Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and equipment.,Proficient in using engineering software and tools, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Project.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with local regulations and standards in the construction industry.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
