📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs to meet the needs of the organization and its employees,Deliver training sessions to employees, both in-person and virtually,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement,Collaborate with department heads and managers to identify training needs and goals,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in training and development,Assist in the development of new hires and provide ongoing coaching and mentoring,Conduct needs assessments and develop training materials, including manuals, handouts, and presentations,Monitor and report on training program outcomes and ROI

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques,Excellent communication and presentation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms,Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software,Ability to travel as needed for training sessions and meetings
