Accounting Officer - Financial Analysis & Reporting

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, using Microsoft Excel and SAP.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, such as GAAP and Indonesian GAAP.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software, such as QuickBooks or Oracle.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and variance analysis.
• Support the Accounting Manager in the preparation of audit schedules and working papers.
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including GAAP and Indonesian GAAP.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software, such as QuickBooks or Oracle.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with SAP and/or other ERP systems is a plus.
