📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and monitor daily cash transactions, ensuring accuracy and security.
• Reconcile bank statements and identify discrepancies to maintain financial accuracy.
• Prepare and maintain cash flow forecasts and reports.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Provide financial support to the store manager and team members.
• Train and mentor junior staff on financial procedures and best practices.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Utilize QuickBooks and SAP for financial data management and reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in financial control or a similar role (fresh graduates welcome).
• Proficient in using QuickBooks and SAP.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
