📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to offboarding.
• Support team leaders with employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.
• Coordinate and facilitate training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Organize and lead team-building activities to foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Provide administrative support for HR-related tasks, such as payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Conduct regular employee surveys to gather feedback and improve workplace satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date with local labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in the F&B industry.
• Strong knowledge of HR software, such as BambooHR, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Previous experience working in Bali or a similar tourist destination is a plus.
