🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a leadership role within the logistics or manufacturing industry.
• Proven experience with PLC systems and automated logistics equipment.
• Certifications in relevant engineering disciplines, such as ISO, Six Sigma, or Lean Manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of industry standards and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
