Account Executive - Full Set Accounts, SST, E-Invoicing & Payroll

In this role, you will work closely with our finance team to implement and maintain robust financial systems. You will use tools like QuickBooks, Xero, and SAP to streamline our financial processes. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring compliance with local regulations and international standards. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage full-set accounting including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Ensure compliance with SST (Sales and Service Tax) regulations and prepare accurate tax filings.
• Oversee e-Invoicing processes to ensure timely and accurate invoice submissions.
• Handle payroll processing using payroll software such as ADP or BambooHR.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports to support decision-making.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards.
• Collaborate with the finance team to implement and maintain financial systems.
• Provide financial support to other departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or financial management.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP.
• Experience with payroll software such as ADP or BambooHR.
• Strong understanding of SST compliance and tax regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
