📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Managing customer inquiries and resolving billing issues promptly and professionally.
• Processing and verifying customer payments using QuickBooks.
• Maintaining and updating customer records in Zoho CRM.
• Generating and sending invoices and statements to customers.
• Providing excellent customer service through email, phone, and chat.
• Ensuring compliance with billing policies and procedures.
• Collaborating with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely billing.
• Providing regular reports on billing activities and customer feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in billing and customer service roles.
• Proficient in using Zoho CRM and QuickBooks.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Customer service certification (e.g., Certified Customer Service Professional (CCSP)) is a plus.
