📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement comprehensive security strategies for retail outlets and warehouses.
• Oversee the daily operations of the security team, ensuring adherence to security protocols and policies.
• Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential threats.
• Provide training and development programs for security personnel to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Coordinate with law enforcement agencies and other security stakeholders to ensure effective crisis management.
• Monitor and maintain security systems, including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant security regulations and industry standards.
• Report security incidents and breaches to the management team and take appropriate action.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in security management, with a proven track record in retail and warehouse security.
• Certification in Security Management (e.g., CISSP, CISM) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of security systems, including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Proficiency in using security management software (e.g., AXON, Milestone, or similar).
• Experience in conducting security audits and risk assessments.
• Understanding of retail and warehouse operations and their unique security challenges.
