Conducting and managing educational research projects focused on the integration of LEAN4 principles in Mathematics education.,Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of researchers, educators, and industry partners to develop and implement innovative teaching methodologies.,Designing and implementing research studies to evaluate the effectiveness of LEAN4 integration in Mathematics education.,Analyzing and interpreting research data to inform educational policy and practice.,Preparing and presenting research findings at national and international conferences and workshops.,Assisting in the development and delivery of professional development programs for educators.,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of research activities and outcomes.,Assisting in the preparation of research proposals and grant applications.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
A Master's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.,A minimum of 2 years of experience in educational research, preferably in the field of Mathematics education.,Strong knowledge of LEAN4 principles and their application in educational settings.,Excellent analytical and research skills, with the ability to design and conduct rigorous research studies.,Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey research findings to diverse audiences.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience with educational technology and data analysis tools is a plus.,Experience working in an international or multicultural environment is a plus.🛠️ Keahlian
