📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including palm oil producers, processing mills, and industry experts.
• Drive business growth and optimize supply chain efficiency through strategic partnerships and collaborations.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for business development and growth.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with key stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and maximize productivity.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the status of key relationships and business performance.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network with key stakeholders and stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
• Provide training and support to local palm oil producers on best practices for quality control, sustainability, and environmental stewardship.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the palm oil industry.
• Strong understanding of the palm oil supply chain, including production, processing, and distribution.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools, such as SAP or Oracle, is a plus.
